Ghost Solution Suite

Ghost Solution Suite is updated, and I'm having an issue with drivers (I presume).

When I try to back up PC from a lab it keeps failing to connect to the Virtual Partition.

The PC is a Dell Precision T3500 with a Broadcom 57XX Gigabit driver. I have the drivers from Dell and still getting the following error under the Event Log:

Drivers could not be found in the PreOS.

oem74.inf "Intel" ICH10 Family 6 Port SATA

netb57vx.inf "Broadcom"

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that you add Vista32 drivers as the WINPE version 2.0 is based on Vista .

Extract the drivers by running the .exe file and pointing to a folder.

Make sure that the template to which you add drivers is used for the client machine under Console (Right click client-> Properties-> Client tab->Virtual partition Pre-OS)
