Unable to import jobs to deployment console after DS6.9SP1 upgrade
Last week I upgraded both our test and production deployment servers to DS6.9SP1 with no apparent issues. This week while doing normal job transfers from the test server to the production server I find that I can no longer import jobs. The import process runs normally but the job does not actually appear in the console tree. I can however do the reverse and import to the test machine with no problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
- Verify the trust relationship between the two servers
- Verify the SQL permissions as if it works one way (read from the source/write to the destination) and not the other you might miss the write permissions on the destination
- Verify the Folders permissions in the DS Console as if it works one way (read from the source/write to the destination) and not the other you might miss the write permissions on the destination
- Verify the Share permissions (most likely "express" share) as if it works one way (read from the source/write to the destination) and not the other you might miss the write permissions on the destination
- look in th elogs to see if there are any erros:
. aexengine.log on both servers
. IIS logs
just some ideas?
I had this problem and had to add another comma into my import file. Something seems to have changed within the import.csv file.
