Unable to install BESR on Windows Vista laptop

Hi
I am using Dell Laptop XPS 1530. I have installed Windows Vista Ultimate edition. I am trying to deploy BESR 8.5 on it but it is failed with Run Time Library error.
Can anybody help me in deploying BESR

Browse the CD-ROM (or the location of your installtion files), right-mouse click on the setup.exe, and choose 'run as administrator'. Make sure all previous versions have been completely uninstalled first, and the system has been rebooted.
