  • 1.  Unable to install SEP 12.1.4 on windows server 2012 Standard

    Hi All, I had a machine running on Windows server 2008 with SEP 12.1.4 installed. It worked fine. I have now upgraded to Windows server 2012 standard edition, And the problem here is that i can't install 12.1.4 on it anymore. The installation just starts for a couple of minutes and just disappears. PS: i've attached the SIS_INST.LOG file to this post. Please i really need your help!! Thanks in Advance..!! ESAIE

    can you try repairing the SEPM using add/remove program and then try exporting?

    Pete is right You can try repairing the SEPM.

    make sure you have right permission to the folder you are exporting

    Call Support, they have a tool to delete the existing package.

    Then add those manually into the sepm once deleted

    How to manually import client packages into Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)
