    Can anyone assist?

I'm trying to deploy the the symantec endpoint client to a few servers that have less than 2GB of free space on the c:\drive - Health state = offline. The deployment status reports - install failed, rolled back. I've tried to create a new client install settings, with the install type as interactive and specified the drive to install on with the remaining default settings but this has not worked. Is there a way to install the client on an alternative drive?

with 2GB space it should install fine.

What happes when you try to install the package by running the setup.exe locally?

    Hello Brian,

I tried your 1st option but when i go to click to send the deployed package, it immediately stops reporting that the deployment status failed. Any ideas why?

    Hi Brian,

I've managed to create 2 seperate client install settings point to the d:\ & e:\ drives. I've since installed successfully on 40 servers but i'm still having a problem installing the client onto our backup server running Backup Exec v11d. When i attempt to deploy it, it's reports that it failed no

Should i run the cleanwipe tool ? and will this affect Backup Exec?

Any help is much appriceiated smiley

You should run latest cleanwipe tool, no effect but it require for the restart to complete.

You can de-select BE when running cleanwipe

I've ran the cleanwipe program twice now and re-ran the client install but its failed again. I've already installed installed the client successfully on over 100 servers but still unable to complete this install?

    Any suggesstions??
