Steps Tried
Created a new user Account with Administrator Previlige
Then tried to install lusetup still same problem,however i was able to install other applications without any issues.
Able to install Windows Installer Cleanup Successfully.

Restarted the Computer tried to install Still it fails
Any Suggestions please help!

Make sure your 2000 machine has Service Pack 4 and Internet Explorer 6.0 or later

I have Checked it,I am using Windows 2000 SP4,IE 6.0
however Still the Installation of Liveupdate provides the same error Install Error 10
Please help!
