Unable install Syamtec Enterprise agent

could be it cannot completely remove earlier install. Can you manually uninstall ESM agent.

from the logs, there is missing value, remove the key manually

Had issues before installing Esm 10 agent and we had to clean the registry before we could install. ESM Agent service is running and we can ping the manager from the agent side but We unable register agent with manager.
