  • 1.  Unable to launch LUA after upgrading to 2.3.2

    Hi All,

    Recently I have upgraded my LUA to 2.3.2 from 2.3.1. After upgradation I am unable to launch the LUA console. It's showing "The page you tried to access does not exists."If we try to update any client from LUA it's downloading the updates without fail.

    Can anybody please help me out as this is the only source of downloading multiple product updates from Symantec and all the regional RDCs are configured in this LUA.

    I have had the exact same on 4 different LUA's :-(

    Hi Sabya,

    Just a ping to see what solution you found for this. 

    The quickest solution is probably to uninstall, reinstall and then import/restore the exported settings from the original LUA.  (It is best practice to export/back up the config settings before running an upgrade.)
