Unable to locate pre-existing private key

after I import the key on PGP Universal Satellite, when I see the each encrypted mail that I sent out, it will prompt a "Welcome to the PGP Key Setup Assistant" again. I see the log it display: "Unable to locate pre-existing private key; invoking wizard", it is quite annoy.

How can fix it?

I use PGP Universal Server Version:  3.1.2 Build (9)
