  • 1.  Unable to log in to SEPM

    Hi Everyone,

I recently installed SEP and SEPM on a Windows 2003 server to support a small business of about 20 users. After installing SEPM and creating an admin password I am unable to login to SEPM. I'm certain that I have the username and password correct, yet I cannot login (its the same password as the administrator domain account). Is there any way to reset the admin password?

    SEP version 11.0.6005

    Nate

Nevermind, sorry for burdening the board. I found the resetpassword.bat tool in the tools folder.

What error you are getting (if you are still facing the issue)?
