  • 1.  Unable to log into SEPM

    We recently migrated our SEPM to another server using the replication method. For some reason we now cannot log into SEPM on the original server. We get the error "Unexpected Server Error".

    Can anyone help please?

    Please try to repair SEPM console on add/remove programe and check again.

    If issue not resolved i suggest you can contact symantec support.

     

    May be that issue fixed on SEPM ru6

    Make sure SEPM services are up and running. Try to restart them through services.msc.

    If issue did not resolve could you pass on scm-server-O.log & Catalina.out file, present under tomcat\logs directory.

    Repair of SEPM can be one of the basic troubleshooting as well prior to look into logs.
