Unable to log in SEPM after domain controllers demoted

We're running SEPM 12.1.6 and we configured it to use AD authenication but the 2 domain controllers it was referencing to were demoted and now I am unable to log into the console as I get the "invalid user name/password" error. Is there any other way I can get in or am I screwed here?

What about the 'admin' account. That is a local account so that should work.

We had to run the reset password script. Now we're in.

    For the 'admin' account, correct?
