unable to login after ServiceDesk install

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I have reinstalled servicedesk server and I can not login.  I've tried admin@logicbase.com with admin as the password.  I didn't create a new admin account.  How can I login to ProcessManager site?

Check the User DB table and see what the primary email of the admin user is. It might be admin@symantec.com with PW 'admin'
