I've been getting these alot lately in my a.log files. For numerous MS Patches. And I've noticed clients not recieving the Sept. patches for some reason.

Error :Unable to map the HTTP virtual directory "<Insert random MS Patch>". Reason: The path specified cannot be used at this time.

Any ideas?

Kevin,

Does the Application Identity account have full control to the X:\Program Files\Altiris\Patch Management\Packages, and all subdirectories? I found someone else having a similar problem (at least getting the same error in their log):

That one seems to be related to a disabled account. Did the password for your Altiris Application Identity account change recently, or is it locked out possibly? What happens if you restart the Altiris Service?

Thanks,
Kyle
