    unable to modify sep feature from add or remove programs

    fatal error.I have tried the following steps

    Reregistered the Msi installer

    Tried with msi package

    Tried with different administrator users

    still the same

    Did you try running a repair on the client?

    Hello,

    What version of SEP client are you currently runnning?

    Could you try Disabling the UAC account in control panel and restart the machine and check again.

    If that does not help, I would suggest you to follow the Manual Uninstall Procedure.

    With recent launch of Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU3, there is a latest version of CleanWipe 12.1.3001.165_RU3_RTM.CleanWipe.zip which is now available with Symantec Technical Support.

    You may need to contact Symantec Technical Support and create a case for Latest CleanWipe Tool.
