Once after the SEP is installed or deployed unable to open any programs or cannot take RDP of client
Only if we reboot and login in SAFE mode and do a system restore the system may work.

Can you try to re-install SEP only with Anti Virus and Antispyware feature and check if you face the same issue.
Works in safe mode as few sep features are disabled there. This is possibly because of the new FW policy. As suggested try only with AVAS, if it works, then you can customise the FW policy and install the other components after testing.
Follow Mandar's and NRaj's advices, and check your Application and Device policy. Perhaps you have inadvertently created a rule which is too strict. Switch auch an Application rule to Test (log only) mode.
Additionally, check if you have enabled System lockdown. System lockdown can freeze a client if its whitelist (fingerprints list) isn't configured correctly.

Its installed only with AV & AS as unmanaged client and still same
what is the error that you receive, did you check application event viewer for any hints for the application not to run?
Once SEP is installed cant open anything before we do a system restore

did you check event viewer? what is the SEP client version you have installed?

unistall sep and then check, what happening.
If it is uninstalled, it works fine..
