Unable to open Web Case

Hi,

 

Have anyone faced this issue???

I am unable to create a webcase(Service Request) for Symantec through "https://mysupport.symantec.com".

When I try to create a new service request it is taking all the details but at the end when I click on "Submit request" it is shows blank white screen and nothing happen...

I tried to create a case through IE, Mozilla, Google Chrome, Opera browsers but the result is same.......

All help will be appreciated.....

Hi

Hi Cycletech,

I am able to login to https://mysupport.symantec.com.

Also able to browse through the submit case options. And able to put all the details of the issue.

 

But at the end of it while I click on the Submit Case it is not going forward and sometime it gives java error. I tried it through different browsers, different computers and even with different customer sites but the issue is same..
