Unable to "make this server as Primary", all client "Time out on Sync"

    Hi,

     

    I'm having the following problem. 1st: The Symantec server crash, lucky i have a 2nd SSC, i move all the client to the 2nd server. But the problem now is i can't delete or remove my 1st SSC from the 2nd SSC, and the 2nd SSC is disable and clients are all Time out on Sync.

     

    How should i go about on this problem, please advise.
