unable to receive Dr files

hi team we are not abe get the dr filesr sent email to the group tel.me the what could be the reason? regards phani

we are using netbackup 7.1.0.3 on windiws 2008 .also we have configured to which email id
DR file to be sent in the catalog policy but we r not receiving the DR files as attached in email

In that casse, you should be looking for help in Netbackup section..

any ways... have u checked if you antivirus or antispam is not blocking the attachment.

check SMTP and Mail service.

Should be in running state.
