Unable to receive mails from certain Domain

    Hi,

    We are having SHMS and we are not able to receive 90% mails from a particular domain and the rest are comming from other MX Record of Symantec. We have checked from the sender end & its show the error,

    451 Could not verify recipients: All MX Servers are unable for domain abc.com.
