  • 1.  Unable to recover password for SEPM 12.1.4

    Client currently has SEPM 12.1.4 installed. Someone changed the admin password for the management console and did not document it. We also changed our SMTP relay server but did not update the settings in SEPM so using the option to email the password reset is failing. Since the resetpass.bat does not work on the version, I need a way to reset that password so I can get into the management console. 

    I have searched for a properties or config file but have had no luck, All and any help would be appreciated.

    Or call up support. They can fix this for you as a last resort.
