Hi,

start the browser in "no add-on's" mode, do you still have that home page? Eventually, see what is the add-on causing this issue.

Any difference in opening the browser by using the .exe instead of the link? If so, verify the link to launch the browser has been alter to load that home page.

Further, search that URL in registry...
