  • 1.  unable to remove sav using cleanwipe

    Dear all,

    i had tried to used latest cleanwipe to clean sav 10 client, however, there are certain error that cause the machine unable to reboot. Can i know that did your guys face similar issue before?

    What's the error? Do a manual search thru the registry and file structure and delete any remaining files if needed.

    Try it

    Uninstalling Symantec AntiVirus 10.x or Symantec Client Security 3.x silently

    Hi Brain,

     

    The clean wipe just stop and jump out from it programs, the log for the cleanwipe was not found
