    HI,

     

    I am unable to remove SEP Client 12.1. can any tools are available to remove SEP on that machine.

    Try to Use Cleanwipe tool and check.

    Hi,

    Could you please confirm operating system of the affected client.

    Please note that Symantec only recommends using the CleanWipe tool as the final solution for removal of our product, the proper uninstallation steps should always be tried first.

    If it's server operating system then we do recommend to follow manual steps to remove SEP.

    Could you please let us know on which OS are you facing the issue ?
