Unable to restore single email

Hi all,

I am having backup of Exhange, and when I am going to restore single email using restore, it shows me mailbox even email over there, but when I select email to restore, it starts staging but take many hours and ended at failure.

Can anyone help me, what could be the reasons? and what are the concerns which I should keep in mind while taking restore. "for reference GRT is enable and data is backed up on tape"

Hi there,

When you restore, it stages the restore to C:\Temp.
Read this article I wrote last year. I use it to stage my restore to disk first, and then restore from disk.
