  • 1.  Unable to run scan in safe mode.

    Hello,

     

    I have the Symantec Corporate Edition 10.2 on my computer. It detected Bloodhound.Exploit.213 a few hours back and left it alone. I followed the removal steps suggested by Symantec and turned off system restore, updated virus definitions and ran a full scan. Nothing was picked up during the scan. Further as suggested by Symantec I tried running the scan in safe mode but in vain. I get this error 0x20000003. What do I do about this. I need the virus out!!!

    Hi,
