There is a particular client also act as a GUP which doesnt give the General Information of the particular client in the troubleshooting page. It has the latest version of Endpoint Protection. I tried to repair the installation but nothing happens. I tried also to uninstall the latest version(12.1) and install endpoint protection version 11, but still, problem persisted. The client is reporting in the SEP manager and is updated. After installing the version 11, I upgraded it to version 12.1 with different installer package, but still, problem doesnt resolved. Can anyone recommend some troubleshooting steps?
