Critical System Protection

Probablly an unusal question and perhaps maybe a silly question....

Was working in my demo CSP build today and noticed something unusual.  This is a VM w/ the latest and greatest VM Tools on it...

This morning I powered on my CSP demo box and unable to click on anything in the CSP Admin console, but am able to select things outside of the console, including INternet Explorer, the Start Menu, etc.  Was working fine on Friday but today it gives me this issue.

VM has been powered done correctly several times... NO updates to VM or VM tools.

Just curious, a little unusual of a question but thanks in advance

You mean that the CSP Console is like frozen? Or do you have at leat the possibility to go from one tab to another? If so, try the Prevention View or Detection View for more functionalities since the Master View is very restricted.

Be sure you are connected in console mode on your VM (via RDP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278845 / http://blogs.msdn.com/b/rds/archive/2007/12/17/changes-to-remote-administration-in-windows-server-2008.aspx, with Vsphere if you use ESXi) and try again. If the problem is still there, try to increase resources (i.e. RAM) available on your VM.
