unable to send selected keys via email

I need help PLEASE!!!  I am trying to send a PGP Key to one of our call centers via email.  It is normaly as simple as highlighting the key and then clicking Email this key.  When I do that I get a message that says Unanle to send selected keys via email.  Why is this happeneing?  The whole point was to be able to send the PGP keys to my call center so the emails would be incripted. Can anyone help me?

In the past, there has been a problem with this when Microsoft Exchange components are installed on the same machine.

Regardless of the cause of this, there are a couple other easy options for mailing keys.  You can right click on the key in All Keys, select the Copy Public Key option, and then paste the key in an email.  You can instead select the Export option, and attache the exported key file to an email.
