Have you try restart SEPM server ?
post the scm-server-0.log located in program files\Symantec\Seymantec Endpoint Manager\tomcat\logs

To fix the problem we increase the memory usage of the Java V ritual Machine used by semsrv , from the following options :
JVM Option Number 0=-Xms64m
JVM Option Number 1=-Xmx256m
JVM Option Number 2=-XX:MinHeapFreeRatio=30
JVM Option Number 3=-XX:MaxHeapFreeRatio=40
JVM Option Number 0=-Xms256m
JVM Option Number 1=-Xmx512m
JVM Option Number 2=-XX:MinHeapFreeRatio=40
JVM Option Number 3=-XX:MaxHeapFreeRatio=70

Yes the error massage is same and while repairing it’s asking for Symantec Endpoint protection.msi path.
Try to repair Symantec product CD or Software ..
copy the setup files into disk (exiting version). its unable to find it.
Is this possible to get the root cause of it? Before 2 days it was working properly?
suggest to open a support case.
check the event logs if you can find some hint.
