    Dear Team,

    We are using DLP 12.5.2  and we have scheduled the daily based Agents Reports which are sent to users but now these are failed due to SMTP connection, it is throws below Error.

    The scheduled report DLP Agent List: 11:00 AM owned by Administrator encountered an error: Could not connect to SMTP host: mail.xx.xxx.com, port: 25, response: 421.     

    Does anyone know how to resolve it?

    Hello,

    the SMTP error 421 is : SMTP Server error: too many concurrent sessions, please try again later

    It seems that you need to change something on your SMTP server.

    Increase number of concurrent connection ? decrease timeout ?

    What something should i need to change?

    There are no Increase number of concurrent connection ? decrease timeout ?

    Its  seems like connection is not getting established between Enforce and SMTP host as i mentioned in error, But i have check the connectivity and it is proper.

    This could be that you need to authenticate with the SMTP server.. 

    Try to telnet from the Ecforce server and send an SMTP email via command line... this will also test if the SMTP server will allow connections from that Enforce server.

    Hi DLP Solutions2,

     

    I did that also as i said in my last comment connections are proper, But reports are not able to send to the end users.
