Unable to uninstall 11 MR4

Hello looking to uninstall 11 MR4 but have removed the install CD from the server, so when trying to remove the unistall is asking for the .msi file. i have tried MR3 and MR5 but i need MR4 CD1.
can someone please point me in the right location for download.

you can use this tool to remove mr4, once done go through the manual uninstall doc just in case if some registry key is left out .
