Unable to uninstall SEE from machine

    Hello.

I am experiencing the following issue:

We are currently testing the installation of the new SEE v11.1 with Windows 10 and BitLocker.

We installed the SEE client on a machine that was already encrypted with BitLocker per the instructions in the manual.

Once we validated we could see the machine in the console we decided to remove the SEE client and decrypt the Win 10 machine so we can install it again and test it without BitLocker installed.

However, when we tried to remove the client we received the following error: Your organization's policy does not allow Removable Media Encryption to be uninstalled. I contacted support and we discovered that I had checked the "Do Not allow users to uninstall the product" listed under Uninstall on the Removable Media Encryption Installation Settings - Access and Encryption page. Tech support instructed me to build a new package with this "UNCHECKED" and use the following Command line with the new package: MSIEXEC /i "[path]\msifile" REINSTALLMODE=vemus ADDLOCAL=ALL /l*v "[logpath]\logfile".

When the command line was used we experienced a different error: "The specified account already exists"

Also, is there any way I can remove the package from the command line using the Admin credentials I had to create whe creating the installation package?

    Any assistance is appreciated.

I have attached screenshots and the installation log
