Hi
I've installed an agent on a w2k3 SP2 server.
The agent has registered on the manager but did not write any events in the monitor.
Now I can't uninstall the agent (it doesn't appear in the add/remove programs)
I can't uninstall it through command line, I can't change settings with the sisipsconfig.exe command (can't reset to null policy or re register the agent) I get the

"Could not access agent.ini file."
"No changes were written to the agent.ini file."

Tried everything both in safe mode and normal mode.
Appreciate any kind of help in uninstalling the agent because it's a critical server.
THX.

CleanWipe is your answer (hopefully)

CleanWipe is a tool you can use to 'wipe' SEP off the computer. Based on info from this thread, the supported version is only available through support. See that thread for contact numbers. ... thanks to Paul for this info.

Hm ... not sure, maybe there's a CleanWipe for CSP

Ah, okay, you might still call tech support. They might have a CleanWipe equivalent for Critical System Protection.

Reinstall

Try repairing and or re-install of the agent
Reinstalling a Windows agent is useful if an agent becomes
corrupted. Reinstalling a Windows agent is equivalent to uninstalling an agent
and then installing the same version of that agent.
The following examples show a command string:
agent.exe /s /v"/qn /l*v!+ %temp%\SISAgentSetup.log"
or
agent-windows-nt.exe /s /v"/qn /l*v!+ %temp%\SISAgentSetup.log"
