Unable to update Proactive Threat Protection

  • 1.  Unable to update Proactive Threat Protection

    When I select Live Update, the Proactive Threat Protection fails to update, it remains on 7 Mar 2008.   Why is Proactive Threat Protection not updating?  Please advise.
