Unable to upgrade Symantec Backup Exec 10d to 11d

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi,

We are tried upgrading the Symantec Backup Exec on Exchange backup servers from version 10d to 11d but the currently configured license is get detected as invalid while performing an upgrade. Can someone please assist?

You will have to get new

You will have to get new licenses from customer support.  The licenses for 11d is different from that of 10d.
