Workflow Soluiton

We are currently unable to use or create integration projects in Workflow. When we run tests in the license status page, the Create/use integration projects part fails. Machine license level is also listed at None. This has worked fine previoulsy, and there havent been any major changes to our NS.

We are at Workflow 7.0.1313.28

Your build number looks like SP3, so everything should be free. Do you get an actual license message when you try to create a new integration project?

Try restarting Server Extensions and see if that fixes it.

@Reecardo: No error, we're just missing a bunch of generators

@Aryanos: The task tray icon wasnt present, so i reopened the task tray tool and restarted the extensions. Still no dice.

UPDATE: When i try to open an existing intergration project, i get the following...

Was this working for you and all-of-a-sudden started happening?

Do you have a DLL in your <install>/Server Extensions/plugins directory?

This did start all of the sudden. In the server extensions/plugins directory, i have SD.Licensing.dll and Symantec.Plugins.Licensing.dll

Check your notification Server Credential Tool.   Make sure it can connect.   Then cycle logicbase and restart workflow.  

Connection to the DS successful, what do you mean by cycle logicbase?

cycle logicbase = restart server extensions, pretty much

ah, yeah already did that

Ticket was opened with symantec. Problem was found to be that we updated the SMP which doesnt dole out the license in the way WF is used to receiving them. Solution install WF 7.1. Already having a myriad of issues moving projects over, but hey, at least i can create integration libraries now.
