    Hello,

     

    We have the following setup and I am stuck as to why I am not getting the desired outcome:

     

    Server is running Symantec Corporate Edition version 10.1.6.6000, we then have 9 clients running a managed client install point to the above the server.  However, the clients are not appearing in the Symantec console and I am unable to update them from the server.  When I use the Find Computer utility and enter the ip range (clients use static ip range), all the clients and the server appear.  However, the clients are all showing version 8.1.0.825.  I've been digging around on the internet and have also copied and the GRC.dat file from the server to the clients to no avail, and also copied and pasted the certificate from the server to no avail.

     

    Does any body have any ideas?
