unable to view other than inbox folder after pst migration in EV10

after completing locate and migrate PST task

It shows done successfully but unable to view other folders mail

we migrated PST from users desktop to Evault

There was folders in inbox. but unable to view the folders after pst migration

So when you migrated them what was your policy regarding where they would end up in the mailbox?

Do the folders show up in Archive Explorer?

What happens if you do a search using integrated search, or search.asp?

Is this one user or all?

Have you tested it yourself by creating a sample PST?

Are the PSTs in someway 'special'? Different character set, or double byte or anything like that?

The PSt file which you migrated did it contain non-english top od information store folder ?
