Unable to view Workflow Tasks without Portal.SuperAdmin Permissions

    Hello all,

I have run into an interesting problem with a custom workflow that I built. The workflow is relatively straight forward. It presents users with a series of questions regarding their hardware usage. Once complete, the workflow creates a task and assigns it to the user's manager for approval. Everything seems to work as hit should. I built some reports to view the workflow tasks within the Process Manager for people to view details about the task, reassign, approve, the basic functionality for a task. However, the only way I can get the Task page to show something other than a blank pop-up window is if I give the Group I created to govern access the reports Portal.SuperAdmin privileges. Obviously this is not something I would like to keep going forward. Does anyone have any ideas on why this would be the case and how I could go about correcting it?

    Thanks for your help.

Well, it seems that when our historical data got moved to our pre-production server where this workflow and tasks lived, the name for the group I defined in Process Manager to have access to the Workflow Reports and tasks had been changed to something different than what I set under the Set Process Permission component in the workflow. A quick update and redeploy corrected the problem for any new tasks created for this workflow.
