We have a couple of windows 7 professional 64-bit workstations that are causing us issues after installing the symantec.cloud endpoint protection client.
The workstations hang when using windows explorer to browse to a UNC path share using the name of server and share.
For example - \\server\applicationshare
If I browse to the share using the IP Address instead of the name of the server I can open the share - \\10.0.0.1\applicationshare
The workstation eventually grinds to a halt, explorer windows wont open, can't shut the workstation down without a hard reset.
Has anyone experience this issue after migrating to the cloud version client?
