I am in the process of testing a new RIP and getting this error message: "undefined exit code: -1073741502". Can anyone tell me what this means?

thanks,

A quick look on google

A quick look on google (miss out the hyphen at the start of the code, it will force google to remove any searches that match that specific string, mind) seems to result in a few hits relating to DLL's being called when shutting down, or when a duplicate process is called.

We've seen this with

We've seen this with NS Software Delivery when running scripts; sometimes it means that Windows Script host is broken on the machine and reinstalling it may fix it.  This is basically equivalent to DLLs not being loaded properly, etc.

Also, just a tip...you can search Google including the - character by enclosing it in "", i.e. "-1073741502"

Thanks,
