Can you post the error message?

What version of SEPM? What OS is it running on?

Did you try restarting the SEPM service or the server?

We are running SEP 12.1 RU2 in Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2. I also tried to restart the services of SEPM, as well the other Symantec Embedded Database. And as I checked the services, all of Symantec services are running fine except logging in. Kindly see screenshot of error. Thanks.

Can you post the scm-server-0.log?

For now, I dont have the scm-server-0.log. I will try to get it later so I can post it here right away. You think, there is problem on the Java installed on the server?

Tough to say. Was everything working fine before today? Any changes made?

Base on the services, all of Symantec Services are running fine. And we did not change anything on the setup.

While trying to loggin into the console. 

Try to put the sepm server ip address instead of name ( in the console)

are you able to log in to the remote console?
