Receiving serveral errors in my logs related to:

Unexpected exception during UpdatePersonalizationDB. 

Specifically:  Unable to lookup the SID associated with the specified account.

A user may have changed their password.  See also your other thread from October, where folks weighed in with ideas.  Were any of those helpful?

Your AD synchronization (check the schedule) should fix this if it is a password change issue.
