unexpected server error 0x10010000 symantec endpoint protection manager console live updates

it's not even live updates, when i login to the SEPM consol it's giving unexpected error and all blank cannot see any of ptions, i have followed

sorry to ask this but i'm new to SEPM could you please tell me how to restart the SEPM?

You can restart sepm services for services.msc under available Symantec releated service.

Rebooting the server will also suffice.

run the dbvalidator and post the logs
also suggest to open a support ticket.
