hi,

from my windows 7 ,i connect the sep 2.1 server console  i get this error message .i can view client and administrator tab only ,rest of the items didn't view. please help how to solve this issue.

Is the SEPM installed on the Windows 7 machine?

Make sure the Windows Firewall and UAC are turned off and disabled.

OR

Are you talking a Remote Desktop to the SEPM server and then trying to Login?

Make sure you have take a Remote Desktop Console session (Session ID: 0)

yes i am trying to access the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager via Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Java console, i get the error message popup,i click ok button it will login to the server and console window viewed.

in that console window i can access clients and administration tabs only.rest of the items home,report,policies are didnt accessed.

reinstall java and try again...

click on back button in your web console and check you are showing full console.

Make sure you have the right java version installed. java 7 is incompatible. java version 6 update 31 and lower are supported

Did you try and login directly on the SEPM server ? are you facing the same error on the server too.

Have you tried to login from SEPM server it self with https://localhost:9090.

Also check the Java version is compatible with the Brower.
