unimplemented feature on media server

Hi All,
Any one knows what's "unimplemented feature" on media server. My NBU is 6.5.3, running on window2003 (master & media servers), when I check on Media servers of Host properties, it shows "unimplemented feature" Thanks.

Are you running the Admin
Are you running the Admin Console or Java Console?
Is this media server fully
Is this media server fully functional? Are all services running on the media server (incl PBX)?
Connectivity between master and media server tested and working (vnetd and pbx)?
Supporting Storage Foundation and VCS on Unix and Windows as well as NetBackup on Unix and Windows.
