  • 1.  Uninstall OEM Symantec AV and Symantec Client Firewall

    I have Symantec AV 10.0.0.845 and Symantec Client Firewall 8.6.0.134 which came as an OEM version on an IBM desktop - ThinkCentre M52 with Windows Xp Pro

    I want to uninstall/remove both apps from the machine but am not sure what removal tool to use.

    Can any one help me please?

    contact symantec support and get cleanwipe tool.

    The Best Removal Tool is ADD/Remove Programs..
    If that fails due to some reason then only go for any other removal tools.

    Symantec official removal tool is cleanwipe and for that you need to contact support..but even Cleanwipe should be used if ADD/REmove Programs Fail.
