    Hi Antonio,

     

    Do you mean SEP Small Busines Edition or the beta of the new SEP 12.1?  The currently-available CleanWipe will remove SEP SBE 12, but do rememeber that CleanWipe is intended to be a "last resort."  "Thumbs up" for the article that Rchawla recommeneded, above. 

     

    If it is SEP 12.1: you may find some additional assistance with SEP 12.1 here: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/SEP_12_Beta_Group  I douby that there will be a CleanWipe for SEP 12.1 until its official release this summer, though.

    CleanWipe should be used only as the last possibility if every other fails.
