Endpoint Protection

1 of my client PC have problem with its SEP, the screen keep prompting for installation(almost 8 times a day).
I tried to uninstall the client from Add/Remove and it show erros during halfway:

Error : Error 2318.File does not exist: c:\program files\symantec\symantec endpoint protection\dot1xtray.exe

 

Pls advise

I would run cleanwipe on it. You can get it by calling support:

Or before cleanwipe, you could try the manual removal:

dot1xtray.exe is missing as from the message, run cleanwipe and try installing again, else copy the dot1xtray.exe from working machine and pplace it in the said folder( as that of in message) and see if it works.
